There is still no commitment news in the Recruitment of Dominic Cheek, the Top-15, 6'6", Shooting Guard from St. Anthony's in Jersey City, NJ. At this time Cheek has made all 5 of his official visits taking trips to Kansas, 'Nova, Memphis, Rutgers, and Pitt (in that order).

All 5 schools in the Final running have positives going for them.

Cheek has a former St. Anthony's Teammate playing at 3 of the 5 schools; Mike Rosario at Rutgers, Travon Woodall at Pitt, and Tyshawn Taylor at Kansas. Whether that will influence Cheek will be determined. Over the past few years Jay Wright and his staff have been building and fostering a recruiting relationship with Dominic which can't be underestimated.

St. Anthony's assistant coach Ben Gamble told Adam Zagoria that "a commitment could happen at anytime".
