Villanova University takes great pride in our student-athletes and athletic programs, and is excited about new opportunities to showcase their talents in new markets and represent Villanova in the Big East Conference. Villanova welcomes Boise State University, the University of Central Florida, University of Houston, San Diego State University and Southern Methodist University into the Big East, and looks forward to competing in a strong, unified conference. Expansion of the Big East was a collaborative process among all Big East Conference members, and Villanova will continue to work to ensure a successful future for the University, our athletic programs and our student-athletes.
