NEW YORK, NY - MARCH 08: Head coach Jay Wright of the Villanova Wildcats reacts from the bench late in the game against the South Florida Bulls during the first round of the 2011 Big East Men's Basketball Tournament presented by American Eagle Outfitters at Madison Square Garden on March 8, 2011 in New York City. Unfortunately, the Villanova Wildcats’ season has come to an end. Much to our disappointment, the season finished up on a more than sour note. 6 wins in a row and the ‘Cats would have been crowned NCAA National Champions. However, they dropped their last 6 games.
I’m keeping it short and sweet because it hurts to write this. However, I’d love to hear everyone’s thoughts on this season.
Was it…Coaching? Players? Bad Luck? Just not Villanova’s year?
Until next year…
