It took four unanswered goals in the final quarter to lift Villanova to a 10-8 win over St. John's. The 12th ranked Wildcats found themselves down 1 entering the 4th, but used the scoring outburst to improve their record to 8-4, including an undefeated 4-0 BIG EAST record.
Matt Bell led the 'Cats with a career high 4 goals. CJ Small added two.
The win clinches a spot in the Big East Tournament for Mike Corrado's squad. They next face off against Notre Dame next Saturday. That game is scheduled to start at 530p ET and will be shown on ESPNU.
