About two weeks ago we noted that Duke Forward Michael Gbinije was looking to transfer out of Durham after just completing his freshman year. Villanova was one of his target schools.
Jay Wright, who recruited Gbinije in high school, was unsuccessful on the second time around as well. Multiple sources have noted the the 6'7" Virginia Native announced this weekend that he will transfer to Syracuse to play for Jim Boeheim.
