According to Marcus Helton on the Twitter machine, 4-star guard/forward Josh Hart will make his verbal commitment on Wednesday October 10th at 4 pm ET.
Sidwell Friends 2013 G Josh Hart will choose between PSU, Rutgers, 'Nova tomorrow at 4pm, per Quakers coach Eric Singletary. Location TBA.
