2013 forward Kris Jenkins from Washington, DC is one of the players Jay Wright is after in the 2013 recruiting cycle, and last night news broke that he'd trimmed his list to a final list of 5 schools.

We've been thinking for a while that Villanova is on the outside looking in right now for Jenkins, but were holding out a bit of hope that the Doug Martin hire might get us firmly back in the mix. Right now it appears as if Xavier are the frontrunners for his signature, however.
Jenkins is a consensus 4-star prospect across all the major recruiting services.
