That other Augustinian college up in New England has been home to a notable Division I Ice Hockey program for a while, but Merrimack had been a Division II athletic program for a while. Now, after looking into an upgrade, it appears that Villanova's "little brother" in Massachusetts has decided to make the move to the highest division in all sports. That may mean that the two schools, who have never previously met on the football field, could wind up playing each other as FCS-equals.
