Some good news out of the Big 5 after a disappointing finish to the Wildcats season.
James Bell was named Big 5 Player of the Year this week.
Joining him on the First team were Villanova's JayVaughn Pinkston, LaSalle's Tyreek Duren, and Saint Joseph's Langston Galloway and Halil Kanacevic.
Second team honors were awarded to Villanova's Darrun Hilliard and Ryan Arcidiacono, Temple's Dalton Pepper and Will Cummings. St. Joseph's Ronald Roberts and LaSalle's Jerrell Wright were also named to the Second team.
Jay Wright was named Big 5 Coach of the Year.
James Bell was also the Most Improved Player in the Big 5.
Lastly, Villanova was Big 5 Champion.
