Something to think about

With recent decisions of Radnor Township and feedback from its community members has anyone provided insight as to why it’s not a give and take relationship with VU? Villanova wants to grow and expand but do you want a large structure in your backyard? Front yard? How as a resident of Radnor Township do you benefit from this?

Could we not propose a parking structure that goes underground and hides parked vehicles? Would this work? We could double the spaces while creating a structure with considerable less height and atheistically pleasing. Could we not create a "green area" on top with artificial turf? Open to residents of Radnor Township and their families, children, Nova intramurals, clubs and even a field for field hockey rather than looking at parked cars on top of a brick structure. An area that is environmentally friendly and open to the community/public. Along with additional housing and shops down Lancaster Ave. This area would provide some giveback to the community and its residences, something they don't have. Have a gander at what BU has done. Creative while impacting so many students and community members.
