Following his second place finish at the NCAA Championships over the weekend, junior Patrick Tiernan (Toowoomba, Australia) was officially named an All-American in an announcement made Monday evening by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). This is the third straight year that Tiernan has been a cross country All-American and he becomes just the third runner in school history to earn the honor three times.
