Villanova’s engineers and planners are working with township staff to ensure the plan--which Planning Commissioner Kathy Bogosian said was the largest development to take place in Radnor in years--meets all of the township’s requirements. Villanova officials agreed to comply with most of the comments offered by township engineer Roger Phillips. However they may need to seek waivers for a few issues, such as whether interior driveways in the new parking lot should be 22 feet instead of 25 feet wide.
