- Assistant coach Patrick Chambers has been elevated to the post of associate head coach
- Jason Donnelly becomes an assistant coach from being Operations Manager
- Administrative intern/video coordinator Keith Urgo moves up to manager of basketball operations
- Kyle Neptune has been added to the staff in the video post. He is from Brooklyn and played at Lehigh from 2004-07.
