AP reports that the Cincinnati Bengals have added to their depleted tight end group, signing free agent Matt Sherry of Villanova. Sherry was a sixth-round pick last year and spent the season on injured reserve after suffering a shoulder injury in the preseason. The Bengals waived him on June 20.
The Buffalo Bills announced that the team has signed unrestricted free agent OL Christian Gaddis. The 6’1, 300-pound Villanova product originally entered the NFL as an undrafted rookie free agent with Buffalo in 2007. He spent a portion of the 2008 season on the practice squads of Cleveland and Indianapolis.
