Update: Joseph will take his Official Visit to Villanova on October 23rd during Hoops Mania.
Rob Miech of the Las Vegas Sun reports that Villanova recruit, Cory Joseph, the ultra-skilled 6-3 point guard profiled by VUHoops.com in mid-September, will whittle his list of colleges to about a half dozen within a day or so. Jay Wright visited Joseph at Findlay Prep (Henderson, NV) in early September.
Since that time, Joseph has made an official visit to Texas, where he met with Rick Barns and watched the Longhorns defeat Texas Tech in football. Joseph will visit Connecticut in three weeks during their Midnight Madness event.
The Minnesota Star Tribune reports that Joseph will make an official visit to Minnesota in November. Joseph’s brother, Devoe Joseph, is a shooting guard for the Gophers, yet they are still considered a dark horse in the race for Corey’s affections.
Joseph, who has said his decision could come to him in a flash or not until next spring, has no other official visits scheduled.
