More to Life: Sweet Revenge

jmuAfter delighting New Hampshire’s homecoming crowd last weekend by losing 28-24, Villanova ruined 16th-ranked James Madison’s homecoming festivities yesterday with a 27-0 victory. The Wildcats dominated from the start, scoring on four of their first six possessions to build a 20-0 advantage in the first half. By winning, the Cats avenged their loss last year to the Dukes, stealing their shot at the CAA championship. Whitney completed three touchdown passes and ran for a game-high 97 yards. Szczur had four receptions for 53 yards and two touchdowns. The sixth-ranked Cats improved their record to 6-1 (3-1 CAA).
