The Villanova Football Wildcats take on William & Mary tonight in the National Semifinal of the NCAA FCS at Villanova Stadium.
'Nova is walking into the game carrying a 12-1 record after defeating New Hampshire last weekend avenging the season's only loss. the 'Cats have a 14-12-1 record all-time against the Tribe, but are on a 5-Game winning streak.
W&M defeated Southern Illinois last week and only give up 53 yards a game on the ground- the Nation's Best. they defeated Weber State in the opening round of the FCS Playoffs.
Villanova defeated William & Mary back in October 28-17. Another Quick & Fun Fact: William and Mary has scored just 12 points in the first quarter of its past five games. Villanova has outscored its opponents 135-30 in the first quarter. The Wildcats have scored on 15 of their past 21 first-half possessions. They jumped to a 21-3 lead in that October meeting.
Kickoff is slated for 8p from Villanova Stadium. Tickets are still available- they are $25 for adults and $10 for children.
