Around The Internets - October 13th, 2010

Here's your Wednesday dose of Villanova news from around the interwebs:

Busting the Bracket (Top Point Guards)
Corey Fisher is ranked 9th overall, and 2nd in the BIG EAST by Jeff Borzello.

Busting the Bracket (Top Small Forwards)
Corey Stokes just misses the Top 25 in the country. For what it's worth, he's way better (and has proved it in games) than a few of these guys.

Terrapin Station
2011 recruit Nick Faust will be visiting Villanova this weekend, with an announcement planned for early November. Villanova and Maryland are reportedly running close, although the Terps have to be considered the favorite here.
Sports Illustrated ranks the 'Cats as having the 4th-best backcourt in the country, behind Duke, Michigan St. and Georgetown. #15 on the list brings back painful memories.

First Coast News
Villanova's Matt Szczur is reportedly questionable for Saturday's trip to Maine. If I had to guess, he'll be out another week.

Fact on Villanova Sports
They've got a message for the Maine offense. I don't hate it.
