Scottie Reynolds drafted by Tulsa; Traded

(Updated 11/2/2010) Scottie Reynolds was drafted 13th overall by the Tulsa 66ers of the NBA D-League tonight. The 66ers are affiliated with the Oklahoma City Thunder, but that doesn't mean that OKC owns his rights in the NBA. He will sign a contract directly with the NBA D-League and would be freed of any obligations under that deal if an NBA team offers him a contract during the season.

Here at VUhoops, we wish Scottie Reynolds luck with his new team. For those of you living in or near NBA D-League towns, you can check the 66ers' schedule here to see when Scottie will be visiting a town near you.

For the record, here are the folks selected before Scottie...
Nick Fazekas- Nevada-Reno
Alan Anderson- Michigan St.
Magnum Rolle- Louisiana Tech
Matt Rogers- SW Baptist
Vernon Goodridge- LaSalle
Chris Lofton - Tennessee
Robert Vaden- UAB
Brandon Costner- NC State
Chris Johnson- LSU
Obi Muonelo- Oklahoma St.
Cheikh Samb- Senegal
Marquis Blakely- Vermont

UPDATE: Scottie Reynolds was traded after the draft from Tulsa to the Springfield (MA) Armor. The Armor will give up their 2011 first round pick to Tulsa in the trade. The Armor website is www.armorhoops.com
