According to multiple national sources, TCU has accepted the invitation to become the BIG EAST's 17th member of the conference and 9th Football School.
The move for Texas Christian will go into effect on July 1, 2012.
Regarding Basketball Scheduling, an 18-game Conference Schedule would remain. Each team would play the other 16 schools once. Then, an additional two "repeat" games would be scheduled- down from the current two.
