Villanova plays it's home opener this afternoon vs. the Towson Tigers at Villanova Stadium. Towson is 1-1 on the year after getting crushed 51-17 at the Indiana Hoosiers to open the year, before stunning the Coastal Carolina in 5 OT's 47-45.
Needless to say Towson rolls in on an emotional high after last week's incredible victory at home. But overall, they're not very good and we should roll.
The Towson site has a nice write-up about the game, and *GASP* it's going to be on TV in the Baltimore area on the Comcast Network. Will that make it up to Philly? Hard to say since...
Shockingly, I can't find anything on this game in the Villanova blogosphere, even on Villanova.com. But the Fact guys are urging you to get your asses in the seats and show the country we're ready for a football moveup. I agree, get yourself to the game.
