Villanova took to South Philly on Wednesday night to take on #17 ranked Louisville and walked out 88-74 victors.

Behind Corey Stokes' 23 points, Villanova improved to 15-1 on the season and has started off Big East Conference play undefeated with a 4-0 record.
Mouphtaou Yarou added a career-high 18 points and 11 boards for the #7 Wildcats.
The game was put away starting with 6 minutes remaining; Yarou's dunk off of a Corey Fisher dish started a 12-2 run that put the Wildcats up by 16 w/ 3 and a half minutes to play.
It was a combination of Villanova's outside shooting- they shot 8-14 from behind the arc- and the play down low that propelled the 'Cats. The Wildcats out-rebounded the Cardinals 36 to 18.
