Sheila Reid
At the 2011 NCAA Track & Field Championships held at Drake University in Des Moines, Villanova's Sheila Reid became the first woman ever to win the 1,500m and 5,000m double in the same year.
The Junior from Ontario found herself in second place with 200 meters remaining in the 5k when she out-kicked an Oregon Duck for the National Championship in the 5,000 meter run.
On Saturday, Reid continued to use her last minute kick; in the final 250 of the 1,500 meter run she outpaced runners from Stony Brook and Duke en route to winning the race in 4:14.57.
Reid is a 4-time National Champion.
