Villanova Leaves Mark on NCAA Cross-Country Championships

The Villanova Cross-Country teams traveled to Terra Haute, IN looking for hardware. On the women's side, Sheila Reid won her second consecutive individual National Championship edging out Oregon's Jordan Hasay by less than a second as the Duck was a bridesmaid for the second straight year.

Even though Reid's performance is another jewel in her crown of being one of the most decorated collegiate women athletes of all time, the top 5 Lady Wildcat Runners were only able to manage a 3rd place finish behind Georgetown and Washington.
