Pitt Guard Ashton Gibbs Injured, Doubtful For Villanova Game

Aston Gibbs, arguably the best player for the Pittsburgh Panthers and their leading scorer, has suffered an injury to his left knee and is tentatively scheduled to be sidelined for 10-14 days. This means he will most likely miss Saturday's Top-10 clash with your Villanova Wildcats.

Gibbs injured the knee during the Panthers' win over the Cincinnati Bearcats, but Pitt spokesperson Greg Hotchkiss classified it as more 'wear and tear.'

Travon Woodall is expected to step into the starting lineup with Brad Wanamaker in the backcourt. Lamar Patterson and J.J. Moore will also see increased time.
