You'll remember in late September of 2010 that Jay Wright banned in-season tweeting for the Villanova basketball team, a trend that has picked up across college sports after most pro leagues had banned game-day tweeting.
Then came the big mea culpa - apparently The Nova Blog was the one dumping gasoline on the fire that led to the Twitter ban. And when I say The Nova Blog, I mean me. My attempts at comedy did not take well to Jay.
But hey, maybe he's turned a corner? Maybe he just LOVES tweeting now? We'll still have the in-season ban, but this gives us more access to the man leading our beloved program, so I'm all for it.
