Villanova Wildcats 2012 commitments Ryan Arcidiacono, Savon Goodman and Daniel Ochefu all recently participated in the NBAPA Top 100 Camp that's an enormous part of the summer basketball circuit. Five Star Basketball captured a great video with the 3 commitments talking about the possibility of Amile Jefferson, another Philly product, joining them on the Main Line.
The video also has some nice clips of the trio playing at camp. According to scouts, both Arcidiacono and Goodman were two of the biggest standouts at the NBAPA camp as Goodman recorded a highlight reel dunk. Video is inside the link.
We've talked about it relentlessly in the past but it's worth stating again. Amile Jefferson, while Villanova would love to have him, is only a fit if someone on the current roster does not return after next season. Right now it's assumed that Daniel Ochefu is going to replace Maurice Sutton, who we're guessing will not be back for a 5th year. Jefferson is only a fit if Maalik Wayns or Mouphtaou Yarou turn pro early, or if there is a transfer.
