The staff's focus appears much more clear this week - and it should be pleasing to the majority of the VU Hoops readers. We've got one new SG to keep an eye on, but the focus appears to have shifted from the backcourt.
We've added one new big man that has been mentioned in the comments in recent weeks to the big board, but is it too little, too late for Jay Wright?

Villanova has 2 seniors on the roster this season in Mouphtaou Yarou and Maurice Sutton, and have 12 scholarship roster players (Dylan Ennis will be taking a redshirt year). 'Nova will be targeting anywhere from 1 to 3 prospects for the 2013 recruiting class.
Kris Jenkins became Villanova's 1st verbal commitment on August 26th.

Point Guards
With Tony Chennault, Ty Johnson and Ryan Arcidiacono on campus this fall (and Dylan Ennis joining the following season), point guard is not a huge position of need.
NOTE: The Harrison twins eliminated Villanova from consideration, thus ending Villanova's search for a point guard in 2013.
Shooting Guards
Arcidiacono, Achraf Yacoubou, Darrun Hilliard & James Bell can also play off the ball in a pinch if needed, but Jay Wright is still exploring options.
