Prowling The Roster: #95 Josh Lumer

We're counting down the days to Villanova's season opener by profiling every player on the roster.

2012 Stats: Lumer saw limited playing time on special teams, but did not record any tackles.

Depth Chart Position: Lumer is mainly a scout team player, helping to emulate the opposing team's defense each week during practice, but has seen some snaps on special teams throughout his career when called upon.

How He Came To Villanova: Prior to walking on at Villanova, Lumer was a two-way (OT, DE) star at Campbell Hall in California, finishing his senior season with 77 tackles, including 15 sacks.

Expected Output In 2013: Lumer will continue to provide value in the scout team, and because of his experience in the program, may find his way onto more special teams duty since he has the coaching staff's trust. Here's hoping Lumer records a tackle before his 'Nova career comes to a close.
