Prowling The Roster: #86 Jacob Gribb

We're counting down the days to Villanova's season opener by profiling every player on the roster.

2012 Stats: Gribbdid not see any action for Villanova in the 2012 season.

Depth Chart Position: Not currently projected on the two deep, but Gribb may be able to work his way into the rotation this season as he looks to record his first career catch.

How He Came To Villanova: Gribb played football, basketball and track at Pope John Paull II, and recorded 75 catches for over 1,200 yards in just 21 career games in high school. He chose Villanova over Bucknell, Lehigh & Navy.

Expected Output In 2013: Villanova's WR ranks are thin when it comes to experienced, and Gribb had aspirations of making the rotation last season. He should be competing with classmate Kevin Gulyas for a rotation spot on the Villanova offense.
