#74 OL Kyle Wallace
Junior, 6'2" 285lbs.
2012 Stats: With the injury to Dan Shirey, Kyle Wallace stepped in at LG and started all 12 games for the Wildcats.
Depth Chart Position: With the return of Dan Shirey, we've predicted on our depth chart that Ross Hall will slide over to LG and Kyle Wallace will fall into a backup position, but nothing is confirmed yet and Wallace will still like see a lot of playing time with 17 starts under his belt.
How He Came To Villanova: Wallace was a Big 33 selection in his senior season at Wyoming Valley West before moving to Wyoming Seminary to complete a post-graduate year. He was a 4-year starter in high school on both sides of the ball.
Expected Output In 2013: Wallace currently looks like the hard-luck candidate to lose his starting spot on the offensive line due to the return of All-American Dan Shirey. While it could be Ross Hall that falls out due to him playing last season at center, Hall is also a natural guard and was one of the best offensive linemen last season. Wallace should still see plenty of PT and will be the first man off the bench at on the interior of the line should any injuries occur.
