PCats Win Overtime Thriller at Lehigh | Villanova University Official Athletic Site
I'm not sure how great Lehigh is supposed to be, or even how good we are supposed to be within the new BIG EAST. Kevin's here for that. We lost some big pieces from last year's NCAA team. BUT, this is one hell of a late-game comeback an win. Ice-water in their veins in OT going 10-10 from the FT line.

Towson storms past Temple in second half | ESPN
Temple's not great, and Towson might be overhyped, but Jerrelle Benimon, a transfer from Georgetown, looks like the real deal after his 32 and 10 outburst last night. Small ball seems great so far, but we're going to need both Ochefu and Reynolds to combat his presence.

Waiting out the new foul rules in college basketball, for the benefit of the game |
Some good statistical evidence that these new foul rules may be the way to go - though we need to be patient. More field goals per game equals more better.

Is the weather fair enough? | State of The U
Very cool - State of The U recruited Julian Gamble, member of last season's ACC Championship team, to write a piece pleading for Miami fans to show up to basketball games. I suppose Will Sheridan rapping at us to show up to games would be our version of this.

Breaking Madden: Pat McAfee, Destroyer of Worlds |
This season, Colts punter Pat McAfee has emerged as a cult hero. In this episode of Breaking Madden, we push his ratings as high as they can go, and find out whether a punter can win a game all by himself. When you mess with the game too much, Madden fights back. Or breaks. Or something.
