Villanova basketball recruiting: Donte Divincenzo & Mikal Bridges visiting

Villanova will host the pair on Friday night for the game versus Lafayette.

Per their Twitter accounts, 2014 verbal commitment Mikal Bridges and 2015 prospect Donte Divincenzo will be attending the Villanova Wildcats vs. Lafayette Leopards game Friday night at the Pavilion. The duo, who both play their basketball for the Philadelphia-based Team Final program, were recently in attendance for Hoops Mania.

Mikal Bridges became the first verbal commitment in 2014 when he popped for 'Nova back on June 25th. Big East Coast Bias recently profiled Bridges, who's focusing on winning a state championship in his final high school season. Bridges commitment (as well as heavy interest from Ja'Quan Newton prior to his verbal to Miami), seems to have opened the door for Jay Wright into the lucrative Team Final AAU program.

Divincenzo, a 2015 guard prospect, plays for the Team Final program as well (along with coveted guard Malachi Richardson). Divincenzo will be making his third unofficial visit to Villanova since late August - a good sign for the Wildcats.

Could Divincenzo be close to committing to Villanova? The Wildcats already have a verbal from 2015 Top 100 forward Tim Delaney.
