Having just come back north after playing his middle school basketball at IMG Academy in Florida, Jordan Tucker is now expected to be an immediate impact player for White Plains as a freshman. His head coach, Spencer Mayfield, has already raved about his potential.
"Jordan has a lot of potential and once he commits himself to defense and rebounding, along with his offensive skills and getting stronger, he will be an outstanding player. I think he is a good shooter, he comes with a lot of skills, I like that he can handle the basketball and shoot with range."
Tucker already reports offers from Manhattan, Oklahoma, Providence, and Xavier per Rivals. With his length and skillset, it's no surprise Jay Wright has made the early offer as he looks to continue to stock his program with rangy perimeter players.
