The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association announced their 2013 All-Americans earlier on Thursday.
Villanova junior John LoCascio was named to the 3rd team as a long-stick midfielder. Graduating senior Jack Rice was named to the Honorable Mention list at attack. This brings the tally of Wildcat All-Americans to 6 under head coach Mike Corrado.
LoCascio was named the 2013 BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year. He was also named to the All-BIG EAST First Team and the Championship All-Tournament Team.
Rice finished his Villanova career as the school's all-time leading goal scorer with 128. He was named all-conference in his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons.
