4 Villanovans selected to tryout for Team USA Lacrosse

As US Lacrosse prepares for the 2014 World Championships, they announced the initial camp of 98 invitees. Included on that list are four Villanovans; Kevin Cunningham ('12) and Jack Rice ('13) were selected at Attack, Brian Karalunas ('11) and rising senior John LoCascio will be in the long-stick midfield pool. The camp to be held at Goucher College in Baltimore at the end of August.

LoCascio is one of eight college undergaduates invited to the camp.

The United State will defend their championship next July at the Federation of International Lacrosse (FIL) World Championships held in Denver.
