Olympic Sports Recap: Sept 13th

The first full week of September is upon us. Let's take a look back on Villanova's non-revenue "Olympic" Sports.

Men's Soccer

• The Nova men defeated Marist 3-0 on Saturday behind goals by Colton Bryant, Tom Adewole, and Hayden Harr.
• Monmouth edged the 'Cat on Wednesday in West Long Branch, 2-1.

Women's Soccer

• On Sunday, 'Nova posted a 3-nil win over Richmond behind a brace by Caroline Brown. Reanna Marino added the 3rd goal.
• On West Campus, the Lady Cats hosted LaSalle on Thursday, but came out on the wrong side of a 1-0 score line.

Field Hockey

• Villanova defeated Siena, 2-1 on Saturday.

Women's Volleyball

• Lost to Southern Mississippi 3 sets to 0 on Saturday in Nebraska. But rebounded with a 3-1 victory over Lehigh on Tuesday in Bethlehem.
