Former Villanova standout Curtis Sumpter will be making a move to the NBA; as a "Player Development Coach/Video Intern" with the Philadelphia 76ers according to Tom Moore of the Bucks County Courier Times.

Sumpter was a part of the renowned 2002 recruiting class with Randy Foye, Allan Ray, and Jason Fraser. Due to an ACL injury, he was forced to sit out the 2005-06 season and averaged just over 13 points per game.
