FCS Top 25 Polls, Week 8: Villanova moves into the Top 5

The latest FCS college football rankings have been released, and Villanova has moved in to the top 5 after the 'Cats demolished Rhode Island 44-21. The Wildcats replaced McNeese State who dropped a game to Sam Houston State over the weekend.

North Dakota State held on to the #1 spot after rebounding to crush then-#12 Southern Illinois 38-10, while New Hampshire jumped Coastal Carolina by winning a big CAA battle, suffocating then-#10 William & Mary 32-3.

'Nova is one of four CAA teams ranked as they join New Hampshire (#3), William & Mary (#15) and Richmond (#19).
