Villanova senior captain Darrun Hilliard sat out Tuesday's game against NJIT after experiencing concussion symptoms sustained during Saturday's game against Syracuse. Head coach Jay Wright told Marc Narducci of the Philadelphia Inquirer, "I think he [Hilliard] will be fine" leading up to the 'Cats' next game on the 31st.
The Bethlehem, PA native who is leading the Wildcats with 12.6 points per game is undergoing the University's Concussion Protocol that requires being examined on consecutive days.
