Career Milestones are always noteworthy events. Here is a quick update on where current players are on the main Villanova All-Time Lists and upcoming milestones.
James Bell is currently on 974 Career Points. It appears that senior is on tap to be the 58th Wildcat to join the 1,000 Point Club. Bell is also sitting on 99 career steals- he will be the 35th Villanovan to hit the 100 Career Steal mark after Darrun Hilliard became the 34th member against DePaul.
Additionally Hilliard himself is inching closer to the Millennium Club. The junior guard from Bethlehem, PA has 127 points to go before hitting 1,000.
As the continue around scoring continues, JayVaughn Pinkston's ranking among Villanova's All-Time Scorers improves. After notching his 1,000th point against Seton Hall in January, the Junior forward has moved into the Top 50 to #48 in Wildcat Scoring recently passing Howard Brown, Joe Lord, and Maalik Allen. Harold Jensen is the next target, two points away.
Sophomore Ryan Arcidiacono is also slowly climbing the All-Time Charts, specifically on the Assist. The Bucks County native crossed the 200 Career Assist Mark against Seton Hall. His 217 Wildcat assists places him #36 historically among all Villanovans. Arcidiacono has also started all 60 games in which he has played. Harold Pressley owns the school record for consecutive games started (106).
Defensively, Daniel Ochefu's 65 career blocks have put him #18 on the Career Blocks List, one behind Ron Wilson.
Do any of these surprise you? Are you excite for any upcoming milestones?
