History
Saturday's matchup between the Wildcats and the Quakers will be the 25th game in the series history. Penn holds the historical edge winning 16 of the meetings including a 13-9 victory last March. Pennsylvania enters the game with three games from the 2014 season in the books. After falling on the road in Durham, NC to #2 Duke, the Quakers have rattled off two wins at the friendly confines of Franklin Field. Two weeks ago Penn defeated Big 5 Rival, St. Joe's (PA) easily 14-4. The Quakers then followed that up with a huge 12-10 victory over Big East newcomer, and 6th ranked, Denver to a 12-10 margin.

Offensively, the Quakers are averaging just under 11 goals per game while giving up just under 8. Mike Murphy, who is in his fifth season at the helm, carries a very balanced offense. Junior Isaac Bock and Freshman Kevin Brown (who tallied a hat trick against Denver) are the leading goal scorers with 5 each. Pat Berkery, a sophomore, is the leading assist-man with 4 so far on the season. Danny Feeny has won 48% of faceoffs and has collected 16 ground balls.
Brian Feeney has been the lone netminder for the Quakers the season. While giving up 7.67 goals per game he has also tallied 27 saves with a .540 Save Percentage.

The Wildcats' offense is buoyed by Senior Kevin O'Neil (5 goals, 1 assist), freshman Austin Frederick (4 goals, 1 assist), and Eric Gartner's 4 goals lead the team. Eight other Wildcats have tallied goals to spread the scoring.
Defensively, 'Nova is anchored in goal by Dan Willis who is giving up 8.57 goals per game while notching 32 saves at a 53.3% save clip.
