Jay Wright is off to Washington, but this time not for recruiting. Villanova's Head Coach will join six other college coaches in a panel discussion on leadership at the Pentagon.

More than 400 members of the United State military will be present including Martin Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

The panel, moderated by ESPN's Jay Bilas will..

focus on challenges facing championship-level teams and the U.S. military. Among the topics will be how to motivate and inspire people towards pursuit of a common goal, how to mentor young adults for a lifetime of positive contributions, how to recruit and retain the best talent, and how to better integrate a diverse group of people.

In a statement issued by US Basketball, Dempsey noted, "These preeminent coaches lead their own world-class teams in USA Basketball and the NCAA. We'll discuss the importance of dynamic leadership to building winning teams and also expose these coaches to what our world-class military team brings to the nation."

Wright will be joined by Connecticut's Geno Auriemma & Kevin Ollie as well as Syracuse's Jim Boeheim, Pitt's Jamie Dixon, Michigan State's Tom Izzo, and Texas Tech's Tubby Smith.

The discussion can be viewed on the Pentagon Channel online starting at 1:30p ET on Wednesday May 7th.
