According to FIP (Federazione Italiana Pallacanestro) Italy's National Basketball organization, the Wildcat will be the only non-Italy-based player join the Italian National Team Training Camp.

The rising junior is coming off a season where he averaged 9.9 ppg, 2.4 rpg and 3.5 apg. He has previously participated in Team USA camp on multiple occasions, being cut before the U19 World Championships in his most recent attempt.
Assuming he sticks with the Italian team, he will join Dylan Ennis as Wildcats who have participated in international competition. Ennis has played with the Jamaican senior national team since his arrival at Villanova, qualifying through his mother. Recent graduate James Bell also played internationally with Team USA's U19 squad, as did Scottie Reynolds, Allan Ray and Randy Foye in previous years.
