ALS Ice Bucket Challenge hits Villanova

New, comments

Ashley Howard is a trend setter on the Main Line.

The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge has hit Villanova and the gauntlet has been laid for head coach Jay Wright as assistant Ashley Howard has laid down the challenge.

Chris's Prediction: Prediction: Jay Wright's hair is still perfect post-bucket.

Mikal Bridges was next to rise to the occasion, having been nominated by Pat Farrell, or 'Swaggy P' as he's known on Instagram.

Josh Hart also stepped up to the challenge, apparently having been nominated by Donte DiVincenzo in addition to Bridges.

JayVaughn Pinkston was the next to step up, passing the torch to Dylan Ennis in the process.

With only about half of the general public knowledgeable about Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) (more commonly called Lou Gehrig’s Disease), the Ice Bucket Challenge is making a profound difference. Since July 29, The Association has welcomed more than 70,000 new donors to the cause, raising $4m in donations- a 200% increase from 2013.

As always, anyone can make a donation by heading here...

Who should Coach Wright call out?
