Happy Monday, 'Nova Nation! And happy Maine Week, as the football team gets to play a game that should require some actual effort unlike that slaughter at Franklin Field over the weekend. We'll have our usual football coverage rolling throughout the week, and we'll also continue our basketball opponent previews this week.

The Philly vs. New York All-City Classic was held over the weekend, and per Alex Kline the Villanova staff on been keeping tabs on guards D'Andre Vilmar (Roman Catholic) and Jordan Walker (Long Island Lutheran). Rawle Alkins was named MVP of the 2016 game, while Quade Green received the honor in the 2017 game. Speaking of Green, a Villanova offer could be coming soon.
