March Madness returns tonight with the first set of games from the Sweet Sixteen. Villanova is down, out and regrouping for next season but we're all still college basketball fans and though you don't want to, you will be watching.
So join me as I root for absolute mayhem tonight - the other three #1 seeds are all in action, plus an additional ACC school in Notre Dame. The Shockers will come in with plenty of confidence after two nice wins over Indiana and Kansas, while the Irish have scraped their way past Northeastern and Butler.
After a scare against Harvard, Carolina rebounded with an offensive masterpiece against Arkansas. They'll be thoroughly tested against Wisconsin, and there's been a doubt that Kennedy Meeks will be fit to take part in the contest.
In the late games, there's been plenty of talk out of the Mountaineer camp about upsetting the Wildcats - something I'm sure everybody would like to see. In the final game of the night, Xavier remains the last hope of the Big East but they'll face a tall test against Arizona, who has looked like one of the best teams in the NCAA Tournament to date.
