Our student section is loud, but the energy and excitement are unmatched when the Bench Mob checks in. Even with a game well in hand, the crowd can find a reason to go crazy for a missed 3-pointer or made free throw. No other player on the roster can pump up the home fans just as much as the walk-ons.
Adding to the excitement to start the season, Lowe and Farrell are now scholarship players after Wright rewarded the two for their hard work over the years.
Last season Rafferty and Farrell saw minutes in 15 games while Lowe saw action in one more. Kevin lead the trio with 0.3 PPG.
Best Case Scenario: Villanova's dominance in- and out-of-conference leads to the Bench Mob making many appearances this season. We witness a multi-3-pointer game or *gasp* a slam dunk.
Worst Case Scenario: The rest of the conference figures Villanova's offense out and effectively stifles them. The Wildcats find themselves in a lot of games going down to the wire. Consequently, Bench Mob is stuck on the sidelines for a lot of the season.
The Wisdom of Crowds Returns

In this series, we ask that you consider the points covered in our player preview to supplement your own personal insights and instincts to predict the points per game each scholarship player on the roster we score in the upcoming season.
