The Sun's Arizin: The Villanova Basketball lottery needs to be fixed

Happy Thursday, 'Nova Nation! A couple of East Tennessee State previews will drop this morning, so keep an eye out for that content. The Villanovan put out a nice story today about the always broken Villanova lottery system for students.

Junior Patrick Tiernan (Toowoomba, Australia) was named the Mid-Atlantic Region Athlete of the Year in an announcement made on Tuesday afternoon by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Tiernan won his second career individual title at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional last week and is one of three individual qualifiers from Villanova for the national championships later this week.
