Ethan Greenidge has officially signed his National Letter of Intent with Villanova, the school announced this morning. The 6'5" 320 lb. Riverhead (NY) offensive lineman originally committed to Villanova early November, at the time becoming the ninth verbal in Villanova's 2015 class.
Greenidge chose Villanova over offers from New Hampshire and Stony Brook, making him a big in-conference recruiting victory for the coaching staff. Unlike most high school seniors at the FCS level, Greenidge looks like he has the size to come in and immediately make a push for playing time.

Villanova has an immediate need at right tackle with the graduation of 4-year starter Vince Kowalski and a decision on who to throw in to the mix there since Jake Prus, last year's RG starter, was officially listed as the backup to Kowalski. Greenidge has the size and strength to step in immediately and could be an immediate asset in the running game, but handing a starting spot to a freshman has been something the coaching staff has avoided in years past. Keep an eye on Greenidge during summer camp.
Welcome Ethan to 'Nova Nation!
